Program Description:
Students will study interactive knowledge about massage therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and client care.
Program Objective:
To prepare students to become industry-recognized massage therapists by providing foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, as well as integrative approaches to massage techniques.

- Massage Professional Practices – 20 hours (Online)
- The Therapeutic Relationship – 40 hours (Online)
- Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology – 80 hours (Online)
- Assessment and Documentation – 50 hours (Online)
- Massage and Body Work Application – 175 hours (In-person, hands-on instruction)
- Kinesiology and Movement Analysis – 125 hours (In-person, hands-on instruction)
- Palpation and Body Movement – 71 hours (In-person, hands-on instruction)
- Adapting Sessions for Clients – 80 hours (In-person, hands-on instruction)

Classes:
Hands-on massage training and its related instructions will be taught in person at the academy’s lab room, designed for the massage therapy program. The online teaching sections included in the curriculum will be conducted through a Google Meet link assigned to each class.
Written and Practical Grading:
Students must maintain a theory grade average of 75 percent and pass a FINAL written and practical exam prior to graduation. Students must make up for failed or missed tests and incomplete assignments. Numerical grades are considered according to the following scale:
